Paradise by the Bay
JCI reworked the kitchen layout and amplified its interior architecture to focus on the magnificent view of the bay. The waters of the San Francisco Bay inspired our client's kitchen color palette, which imparts a sense of serenity.
The clean layout allowed the clients to highlight their whimsical ceramics and glass collection, as seen in the sizeable hand-blown glass pear and oversized Morton Salt and Shilling Salt & Pepper ceramics. In keeping with their love of glass art, JCI selected a hand-blown glass chandler over the dining table. The ceiling-mounted Alabaster lights over the island keep the view of the bay unobstructed.
